BIKERSHOP Terms & Conditions
- ACCEPTANCE OF BIKERSHOP TERMS
Thanks for using BIKERSHOP for your online motorcycle parts and accessory purchases. By using Bikershop as a registered Member, you agree to the Bikershop terms as outlined in this document.
- DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
Bikershop Membership is FREE
Bikershop service is comprised of searchable database of motorcycle related products made available online, for purchase via a shopping cart system.
Bikershop chooses to facilitate payments via PayPal, the largest and most secure online Billing and Payment Transactions in the world.
Bikershop, by virtue of its business model sells parts that may be aged, or that may have been in storage for a long period of time and as such packaging may be worn or degraded. In all cases the parts are unused.
- PAYMENT & PRICING TERMS
All products must be paid for in full, including all associated fees including but not limited to Freight Fees & GST - prior to dispatch/freight of goods.
Bikershop operates on a price matching basis where Bikershop will beat any part price that is advertised by a legitimate parts reseller, by 10%.
For this 10% pricing rule to apply to any purchase, you the customer must provide Bikershop a written record and link to the advertised product. The product being price-matched must be advertised within Australia, by an Australian reseller. the same part must be shown as in stock on the Bikershop website at the time of the enquiry.

- REFUND POLICY & WARRANTY
Bikershop will provide a full refund under limited circumstances.
Bikershop does not provide warranty or workshop type service for any of it's products.
Bikershop may refuse to provide a refund for goods that are returned used or damaged.
Refunds will only be provided for goods returned to Bikershop in acceptable, un-damaged condition, within 30 Days of purchase.
The cost of freight for the return of refunded goods is to be borne by you the customer, and may from time to time be borne by Bikershop on a subjective basis.
Bikershop provides these services on an as-is basis, and Bikershop Members acknowledge and accept this refund policy in accepting these Terms And Conditions.
- BIKERSHOP: RESERVATION OF RIGHTS
Bikershop expressly reserves the right to delete, terminate, suspend, or modify your Bikershop Membership,
if Bikershop, in its discretion believes you have either violated these Bikershop Terms and Conditions,
infringed upon or violated the rights of others, or acted outside the boundaries of acceptable Bikershop
Membership. This will remain at the sole discretion of Bikershop, and may result in the termination of
your Bikershop Membership. No refunds will be provided, and Bikershop accepts no responsibility for lost
data, intellecual property, contact/network information, or credit relative to your membership.
- INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bikershop, its affiliates , subsidiaries, agents, officers, employees, and other partners from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party due to, or arising out of your use of Bikershop and or any Parts or Goods you purchase via the Bikershop service, your violation of these Terms and Conditions or the Code of Conduct, your violation of any rights of another person or entity, including their copyright, patents, tradmarks and associated intellectual property, or your violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
