Bikershop does not provide any third-party sponsored advertising, nor does it forward information provided by you the user to any affiliated organization or company.

Our sites registration form requires you to give us contact information (such as you name, email, and postal address) and in some cases sensitive billing information. We use SSL signed by a third party to encyrpt the transmission of sensitive data as it is submitted.

Contact information from the registration forms is used to create and bill your accounts. You will only ever be contacted by Bikershop for billing and/or technical reasons.

Bikershop is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content held within any linked-to or third party Web sites.

What will Bikershop do with my member information?
Internally, we wont share your info with anyone outside the requirements of this web site. We dont host the typical types of advertising and we are not interested in market research. Your email address will remain private and secure (unless you publish it). What you elect to do with your company and personal contact information is entirely up to you, and by virtue of the Bikershop database and ordering model, you will need to disclose some of your company and possibly personal information to facilitate purchases and deliveries. As a member of Bikershop you acknowledge your acceptance that Bikershop accepts no responsibility for, or any liability in relation to any problem arising via the misuse of your information by other Bikershop users. Having said that Bikershop will make every effort to keep you experience trouble or hassle free.

Communications
Bikershop will only ever communicate to the Bikershop paid member group through announcements published on the site, and via the Newsletter. We will never ask you to confirm, or provide personal or business informaion through emails, faxes, phone calls etc. If you receive an email claiming to be from Bikershop please forward us a copy, with any comments you may feel are relevant, then delete the original email and from you email system. In all cases these will be suspect emails - NEVER RESPOND TO THEM!

Harassment and Abuse
Bikershop will not tolerate abuse, harassment or threatening behavior at any time. Any concerns or problems should be reported via our contact page as soon as possible.

Impersonation
If you suspect you are being impersonated on Bikershop please contact us immediately. In the message body, please provide as much information as you can about the problem and we will follow up as efficiently as possible.

Payment And Personal Information
Your personal information used to transact member fees only ever passes through a 3rd party SSL encrypted payment service. At no point are your personal payment details stored or carried through Bikershop.
